RidgeBid is a marketplace platform that connects homeowners with local contractors. We facilitate the posting of jobs, submission of bids, and communication between parties. RidgeBid does not perform any construction work and is not a party to any agreements between homeowners and contractors.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors must maintain valid licenses and insurance as required by local regulations. Misrepresenting credentials may result in account suspension.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable law. RidgeBid reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

RidgeBid provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for disputes between homeowners and contractors, the quality of work performed, or any damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
